Job Description
We are looking for a Client Service & Operations Executive to join our wealth management firm. The candidate will be responsible for supporting both client-facing activities and back-office operations. The role includes visiting clients to assist with documentation, account opening, KYC formalities, investment-related paperwork, and resolving operational queries. The candidate will also be required to visit Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrars, banks, and other financial institutions for document submission, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure timely processing of client transactions.
In addition to fieldwork, the candidate will manage day-to-day back-office operations, maintain client records, process transactions, prepare reports, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to build professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders. Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, mutual funds, or office administration will be preferred. The role requires a proactive, trustworthy, and service-oriented individual who can efficiently handle both operational responsibilities and client support activities.
