Job Title: Purchase, Inventory & Office Coordination Executive

We are looking for a sharp, focused, and responsible person to handle purchase planning, inventory control, vendor coordination, and important office coordination tasks.
The candidate should be professional, confident, and have excellent communication and convincing skills. This role is suitable for someone who can think ahead, follow up strongly, and manage multiple tasks with proper responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Purchase Planning
- Check stock levels, pending orders, and fast-moving items regularly.
- Study sales trends of each item and plan purchases in advance.
- Prepare purchase orders in Excel and send them to vendors.
- Coordinate with suppliers for price, availability, delivery, and negotiation.
- Follow up with vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Double-check sales orders / purchase confirmations received from vendors to ensure no wrong item is purchased.
Vendor & Quotation Coordination
- Find printing partners and vendors for promotional items.
- Collect quotations, compare prices, and prepare comparison reports.
- Follow up with vendors and get approvals before placing orders.
Office & Business Support Tasks
- Physical stock audit.
- Inventory checking and keeping record.
- Post job openings online as per company requirement.
- Handle basic social media activities.
- Make daily timely posts on company social media handles.
- Operate and manage WhatsApp communities and channels.
- Coordinate with 2–3 salesmen and keep proper follow-up.
- Track salesman tour expenses and maintain records.
- Handle other important tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation ability.
- Smart, active, and focused working style.
- Ability to check details carefully and avoid mistakes.
- Basic understanding of social media posting.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, sales team, and management.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Disciplined.
- Well behaved and should be able to work with team.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in purchase, inventory, vendor coordination, office coordination, or sales support will be preferred.
- Candidate from hardware, tools, electrical, industrial products, or distribution business background will be an added advantage.
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
Work Location: Samaypur Badli, Delhi
