About the Role: True Value Overseas is hiring an experienced Senior Visa Counselor / Immigration Counselor / Visa Consultant for our Chandigarh office. We are looking for professionals with strong knowledge of Visitor Visas, Tourist Visas, Work Visas, Permanent Residency (PR), Open Work Permits, Immigration Services, Client Counseling, and Visa Processing.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills with a proven ability to convert leads into successful clients while providing the best immigration guidance.

• Key Responsibilities: counselling clients for Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Visa, PR, Open Work Permit, and Immigration Services.
• Handle walk-in clients, telephonic inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and online leads.
• Assess client profiles and recommend the most suitable immigration pathway.
• Explain visa eligibility, documentation, processing timelines, and application procedures.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Coordinate with the Visa Filing Team for smooth application processing.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 Year of Experience as a Visa Counselor, Immigration Counselor, Immigration Consultant, or Visa Consultant.
• Excellent English, Hindi, and Punjabi communication skills.
• Strong, convincing, counseling, and sales abilities.
• Good knowledge of Visitor Visa, Work Visa, Tourist Visa, PR, Open Work Permit, and Immigration Process.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, Email, and Documentation.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
