Job Description
Role OverviewHum ek result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager ki talash mein hain jo hamare paid acquisition efforts ko lead kar sake. Aapka main focus customer acquisition cost (CAC) ko optimize karna aur Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) ko maximize karna hoga.
- ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB/IG), LinkedIn Ads, aur YouTube Ads par end-to-end campaigns create, manage, aur optimize karna.
- Strategy & Planning: Marketing budget ko efficiently allocate karna aur growth targets achieve karna.
- Data Analysis: Daily, weekly, aur monthly performance reports banana. GA4, Looker Studio, aur CRM tools ka use karke insights nikalna.
- A/B Testing: Ads creative, landing pages, aur audience targeting ke sath experiment karke Conversion Rate (CR) improve karna.
- Collaboration: Creative team ke sath milkar high-performing ad creatives design karwana.
- Tracking & Attribution: Pixel setup, conversion tracking, aur attribution modelling ko manage karna.
- Requirements (Skills)Experience: 1 saal ka hands-on experience performance marketing mein.
- Technical Proficiency: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, aur Google Analytics 4 (GA4) mein expert level knowledge.
- Analytical Mindset: Excel/Google Sheets mein master (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) aur data-driven decision lene ki shamta.
- Tools: Known with tools like Canva/Figma (basic), Hotjar, or similar CRO tools.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (written/verbal).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Bonus Points (Aggressive Growth ke liye)SQL ki basic samajh.
- D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) ya E-commerce sector mein kaam karne ka experience.
- Affiliate marketing ya Influencer marketing ka experience.
