SAP -Trainer

An SAP Trainer delivers practical and industry-oriented SAP training through interactive sessions, hands-on exercises, and real-time case studies. They mentor students, assess learning progress, and prepare them for certifications and successful careers in the SAP domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality classroom and online SAP training sessions.
2. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical assignments.
3. Explain SAP concepts with real-time business scenarios and hands-on exercises.
4. Conduct practical lab sessions to improve students' technical skills.
5. Clarify students' doubts and provide continuous academic support.
6. Update course content according to the latest SAP industry standards and trends.
7. Assist students in completing real-time projects and case studies.
8. Provide interview preparation, resume guidance, and placement support.
9. Submit weekly training reports and student progress reports to the management.
10. Coordinate with the placement team regarding student readiness.
11. Ensure training quality meets the institute's academic standards.
12. Maintain confidentiality of institute training materials and student information.
13. Support marketing activities such as webinars, seminars, workshops, and demo sessions when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, WM/EWM, FICO, SD, PP, ABAP, HCM).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementation or support projects.
• Ability to mentor students with different learning levels.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
