Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant cum Accounts Assistant to handle client payment follow-ups, basic accounting work, and internal office coordination.


Key Responsibilities

• Handle basic accounts work including invoicing, voucher entries, and Tally updates

• Maintain records using Excel and Google Sheets

• Coordinate internal tasks to ensure smooth office operations

• Assist with monthly stock checking

• Create simple festive WhatsApp posts using Canva when required

• Minimum 1 year experience required in Tally.
