Showroom Manager (Designer Clothing Store)

Key Responsibilities       

• Manage and oversee daily showroom operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
• Supervise showroom staff and coordinate daily activities.
•  Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Manage accounts related basic records and daily sales reconciliation.
• Maintain stock and asset management within the showroom.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Prepare and send daily sales and operations reports to the Managing Director (MD).
• Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
• Support sales growth and achievement of showroom targets.
• Recruit and onboard new staff if required for showroom operations.
• Ensure proper inventory tracking and stock updates.

Required Skills       

• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage showroom staff and daily operations.
• Knowledge of billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Basic accounts handling and record maintenance.
•  Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Eligibility     

• Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom or retail management.
• Experience in handling billing, stock management, and customer service.
• Ability to manage team members and showroom performance.
