Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and experienced Office Administrator with 5+ years of experience to manage daily office operations and administrative activities. The candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Handle office files, documents, records, and data management.
- Coordinate with staff, clients, vendors, and management.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office cleanliness and discipline.
- Monitor office expenses and vendor payments if required.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle office coordination.
- Basic knowledge of office documentation and administration procedures.
- Professional attitude and time management skills.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma in Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in office administration.
