Office Executive

Required Skills

• Computer Proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ,
• Data entry and basic file management, Knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Administrative Skills - Filing and recordkeeping , Scheduling meetings and managing calendars, Document preparation and editing.
• Customer Service - Polite and helpful attitude towards clients and staff,
• Teamwork & Independence - Able to work as part of a team, Capable of handling tasks independently when needed
• Problem Solving - Quick thinking and resourcefulness, Ability to resolve minor office issues efficiently.
