Role Overview

 The Research & Development (R&D;) Executive will drive market research, identify new international education and workforce opportunities, analyze global trends, and support the development of innovative services and strategic partnerships. This role requires strong analytical abilities, research expertise, and a proactive approach to business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on international education, immigration, work permit programs, and global employment trends.

• Identify new countries, universities, employers, and partnership opportunities.

• Analyze competitor activities and prepare actionable business intelligence reports.

• Support the development of new services, business strategies, and market expansion initiatives.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, feasibility studies, and research documentation.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Leadership teams to implement strategic initiatives.

• Monitor industry regulations and emerging global opportunities to keep AHAM Group ahead of market trends.

Required Skills

 Excellent analytical and research skills, strong written and verbal communication, moderate to good English proficiency, report writing, presentation skills, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.

Eligibility

 Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in Research, Business Analysis, Strategy, Market Research, International Education, Recruitment, or Business Development.
