Job Role & Responsibilities:
Monitor live and recorded calls to check communication quality and process adherence.
Evaluate calls using defined parameters and share feedback with tele callers.
Identify training needs and coordinate with TLs and trainers for improvements.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
Participate in calibration sessions and suggest process improvements.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & listening skills.
Strong analytical and observation abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel & report preparation.
Knowledge of Sales and lead generation
Detail-oriented and process-driven.
Key Requirements :
Position: SR Quality Analyst – Real estate lead generation
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
Experience: 1 to 3 years (in QA – Sales and lead generation )
Industry: BPO (Real estate / Sales)
Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum 1 year QA experience in BPO.
Working Hours , Day Shift , 6 Days Working (Rotational off)
