HR Recruiter

A Real Estate HR Recruiter drives talent acquisition for construction, property management, and realty firms. They manage end-to-end hiring for diverse roles like Sales Managers,BDM's, Civil Engineers,Architects, Digital Marketing and CRM executives. Responsibilities involve sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Headhunt candidates via portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and evaluate cultural and technical fit.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads (e.g., Construction, Sales, Marketing) to understand specific manpower requirements.
• Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, roll out offers, and drive post-offer engagement to minimize drop-offs.
• Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate new-hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
• Tracker & MIS: Maintain databases tracking hiring status, turnaround time (TAT), and sourcing costs.

Core Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Experience: 2–5 years of hardcore talent acquisition experience, ideally in the real estate or construction sector.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with active and passive candidates.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job board algorithms.
