Reports To: Plant Head/Managing Director
Position SummaryPavithra Toolings Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the complete Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and policy implementation while supporting the company's business objectives.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionHandle end-to-end recruitment for staff and shop-floor positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- HR OperationsManage employee lifecycle activities from joining to separation.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, transfer letters, and relieving documents.
- Payroll & Statutory ComplianceCoordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour laws.
- Liaise with statutory consultants and government authorities.
- Performance ManagementImplement KPI/KRA-based performance appraisal systems.
- Support employee development and succession planning.
- Monitor probation and confirmation processes.
- Employee Relations & EngagementResolve employee grievances and maintain harmonious industrial relations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations.
- Promote a positive work culture.
- Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs across departments.
- Plan and coordinate induction programs, technical training, and behavioural training.
- Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
- Policy & ComplianceDevelop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation.
- Coordinate internal audits related to HR.
- POSH & Legal ComplianceEnsure compliance with the POSH Act.
- Coordinate Internal Committee (IC) meetings, awareness sessions, and statutory reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling complaints.
- HR Analytics & ReportingPrepare MIS reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, recruitment, training, and employee performance.
- Present HR dashboards and reports to management.
- Required QualificationsMBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and industrial relations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in manufacturing industry HR practices.
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
