Job Description
- 1. Business Development & Revenue GenerationIdentify and generate new construction projects.
- Develop relationships with landowners, investors, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Convert inquiries into project closures.
- 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementMeet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present company profile, project portfolio, and construction capabilities.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings.
- Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- 3. Project Lead ManagementSource leads through networking, digital marketing, channel partners, referrals, and site visits.
- Maintain a lead tracker and CRM database.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility studies.
- Ensure timely proposal submission and negotiation.
- 4. Tender & Proposal ManagementIdentify tender opportunities.
- Coordinate preparation of BOQs, quotations, technical proposals, and commercial bids.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
- Ensure all project documentation is submitted on time.
- 5. Market Research & Competitor AnalysisMonitor construction market trends.
- Track competitor pricing and project activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Provide management with market intelligence reports.
- 6. Coordination with Internal TeamsWork closely with architects, engineers, procurement, and project managers.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams.
- Track project progress and maintain client communication.
- 7. Marketing & Branding SupportParticipate in exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Generate referrals and strategic partnerships.
- 8. Reporting & MISSubmit Daily Activity Reports (DAR).
- Submit Weekly and Monthly Performance Reports.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals, site visits, and closures.
- Present business growth plans to management.
- BDM AccountabilityResponsible from lead generation to project closure.
- Responsible for achieving company revenue targets.
- Responsible for maintaining client relationships.
- Responsible for coordination between client and execution team.
- Failure to achieve targets for consecutive review periods may lead to performance improvement actions as per company policy.
