Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, merchants, and small businesses daily within assigned territories.
- Generate new leads through market mapping and cold calling.
- Demonstrate and sell POS/payment devices and related solutions.
- Onboard new merchants and complete documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and business partners.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track sales activities and update CRM/mobile applications regularly.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for installation, activation, and after-sales support.
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in merchant acquisition or B2B sales is preferred.
- Prior experience with fintech companies such as Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BharatPe, Pine Labs, PayU, MSwipe, or similar organizations is highly preferred.
- FMCG sales experience from companies such as Britannia, Marico, ITC, HUL, Nestlé, Dabur, or similar companies will also be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel and daily field visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic smartphone and mobile application proficiency.
EducationGraduate
- preferred (12th pass with relevant field sales experience may also be considered).
