Job Description

Recruitment intern — talent acquisition


We are a startup recruitment consultancy based in Bengaluru. We place candidates across industries and we are looking for enthusiastic graduates and fresher’s who want to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. This internship provides practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client interaction.

Working hours

Mon–Sat, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM


Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references and other platforms on live requirements

 

·        Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidate fit, communication, and interest

 

·        Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client companies

 

·        Follow up with candidates through every stage — from screening to offer acceptance

 

·        Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.

 

·        Understand client job requirements in detail and align candidate profiles accordingly

 

·        Build and maintain a growing candidate database for future requirements

 

WHO SHOULD APPLY


·        Fresh graduate — any stream (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)

 

·        Strong spoken and written communication in English — this is non-negotiable

 

·        Genuinely interested in HR and recruitment as a career, not just looking for a certificate

 

·        Comfortable working Mon–Sat, full-time, from our office in Bengaluru

 

·        Immediate joiners strongly preferred — we need someone who can start within one week

 

·        Basic computer skills — MS Excel, email, and Google tools
