Job Description
About the Role:
We're running an outbound calling campaign for our broking platform. Looking for telecallers to call existing dormant clients (data provided) to re-activate them, and call fresh leads (data provided) to introduce our trading platform.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing clients who haven't traded/logged in recently, and re-engage them
- Make outbound calls to fresh leads to explain our trading/demat platform
- Follow a structured calling script (training provided)
- Walk clients through KYC/account activation steps where required
- Maintain call logs and update client status in CRM/tracker
- Report daily/weekly progress to reporting manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months–1 year telecalling/telesales experience
- Prior experience in broking, demat accounts, NBFC, or BFSI outbound calling strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of demat/trading accounts and KYC process
- Good communication skills - Hindi + English (regional language a plus)
- Comfortable with high call volume, target-driven work
