About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Freshers with strong communication abilities are welcome to apply, while candidates with up to 2 years of experience in any sales domain will have an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Contact international clients through outbound voice calls.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in any sales domain.
• Prior experience in an International Voice Process will be an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
