Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic complaints promptly.
- Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Food Preparation & Service
- Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain product quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Serve food orders accurately and within defined service timelines.
- Cash Handling & Billing
- Operate POS systems and process customer payments.
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Maintain proper billing records and cash reconciliation.
- Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and managing inventory.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
