REAL Estate Sales Executive Intern

*Job Summary*

FD GROUP OF COMPANY are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Intern to support our sales team in generating leads, assisting clients, and learning the end-to-end property sales process. This internship provides hands-on experience in real estate sales, customer relationship management, market research, and property marketing.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying prospective clients.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Conduct market research on property prices, competitors, and industry trends.
• Prepare sales presentations, brochures, and property listings.
• Support the team during client meetings, property exhibitions, and open houses.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking daily activities.
• Learn company sales processes, legal documentation, and real estate regulations.
