🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Call inbound and outbound leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Astro Jivan's astrology services and products.
- Convert inquiries into paid consultations and service bookings.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the customer support and operations team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
✅ Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experienced telecallers (0–3 years) preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and convincing personality.
