Job Description

  • Immediate Joining
  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls and interact with customers professionally.
  • Explain products/services and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in B2C Sales or BPO/Call Centre.
  • 12th Pass with Intermediate English communication skills.
  • Strong sales communication and convincing skills.
  • Must have a Laptop/Desktop, stable Wi-Fi connection, and a Headset with microphone for work from home.
  • Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (Early Morning & Afternoon shifts).
