Job Description
Sourcing Candidates: Drive the hiring of delivery partners through aggressive field visits, referral programs, and building local networks. [1]
On-Ground Marketing: Execute local hiring drives, put up posters, distribute pamphlets, and manage canopy setups in high-footfall areas. [1]
Screening & Onboarding: Conduct preliminary candidate screenings, verify documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, Bank details), and guide candidates through the app-based joining process. [1, 2, 3]
