Job Description
An HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee relations, training, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to employee engagement and organizational growth.
- Recruitment & StaffingSource, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Manage job postings on recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
- Employee Onboarding & OffboardingFacilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Handle exit interviews and clearance processes.
- Ensure smooth employee separation procedures.
- Payroll & Attendance ManagementMonitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll processing with finance/accounts teams.
- Verify overtime, deductions, and benefits information.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and records.
- Employee RelationsAddress employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Training & DevelopmentCoordinate training programs and workshops.
- Track employee training records and certifications.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- HR Compliance & AdministrationEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidential employee information.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Support audits and statutory compliance requirements.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
