Job Description
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
Schedule and coordinate test rides for prospective customers.
Follow up with leads generated through showroom visits, digital campaigns, and referrals.
Support the sales team in converting inquiries into bookings and deliveries.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
Assist customers with documentation, financing, insurance, and registration processes.
