Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for real estate and wealth opportunities.

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness through performance marketing.

• Coordinate project launches, webinars, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

• Manage social media, website content, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM marketing automation.

• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversions, and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, and external agencies.

• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, analyze KPIs, and optimize marketing ROI.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.

• Ensure all marketing communications align with the Vistora brand identity and positioning.

Requirements

✅ 4–6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, finance, luxury brands, hospitality, or premium services.

✅ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation.

✅ Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and project management skills.

✅ Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, Canva, and digital marketing tools.

✅ Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

✅ Candidates residing in or around Margao will be preferred.
