🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve sales targets for assigned Urban and Rural territories.

✅ Manage multiple distribution channels including Direct, Indirect, and Alternate channels.

✅ Plan and drive product-wise and town-wise business growth.

✅ Develop and expand distribution networks in new markets.

✅ Drive device sales, SIM activations, and recharge business through distributors.

✅ Manage key retail outlets, including Modern Trade outlets.

✅ Ensure implementation and compliance with company policies and operational processes.

✅ Monitor, train, and develop team members and channel partners to maximize performance.
