Job Description
IT Support Technician
Required Qualifications:-
Diploma, ITI, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent certification in IT, Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in computer hardware support, printer maintenance, and CCTV installation.
Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
Experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of networking devices, routers, switches, and structured cabling.
Familiarity with remote support tools.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and travel to client locations when required.
