Job Description
Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in an Airline Process, or Travel Process.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
- Willingness to work in rotational shift
- Prior experience in an Airline, Travel, or Hospitality process.
- Knowledge of GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to airline reservations and travel assistance.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket modifications, cancellations, and rebooking.
- Provide information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, seat selection, check-in procedures, and airline services.
- Support customers with refunds, travel credits, and fare-related queries.
- Resolve passenger concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow airline policies, security guidelines, and service standards.
