Job Description
Business Development Executive (Work From Home)
ExperienceFreshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with potential dealers, distributors, and B2B customers across India.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer database, and follow-up records.
- Research market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
- Support the expansion of the company's dealer network and B2B customer base.
- Skills RequiredGood communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or dealer management is an advantage but not mandatory.
