Position: Operations & Accounts Executive

Location: On-site, Bangalore

Compensation: ₹4.2 – ₹5.4 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in operations, accounts, e-commerce operations, or a relevant field

As we grow across Amazon, Flipkart, our own D2C website, and other upcoming sales channels, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Operations & Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day business operations while also supporting accounting, documentation, and compliance-related work.


This is a hands-on role where the person will be responsible for coordinating shipments, planning and tracking inventory movement, supporting marketplace operations, maintaining records, assisting with accounts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across the business.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Manage day-to-day operational activities, including stock planning, shipment preparation, packing coordination, and dispatch planning for Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, and other sales channels.
  2. Coordinate inventory movement across warehouses, marketplaces, and internal stock locations.
  3. Prepare and maintain shipment-related records, inward and outward stock records, delivery challans, invoices, return records, and other operational documentation.
  4. Support Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace-related work, including shipment creation, inventory tracking, return tracking, reconciliation, and documentation.
  5. Coordinate with logistics partners, marketplace teams, vendors, warehouse teams, and internal team members for smooth execution.
  6. Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and financial records.
  7. Handle purchase entries, sales entries, expense tracking, invoicing, payment records, and bank reconciliations.
  8. Maintain records of payables, receivables, vendor transactions, expenses, returns, damaged stock, and claims.
  9. Coordinate with the CA for monthly GST filings, documentation, and compliance-related requirements.
  10. Prepare regular reports related to stock movement, shipments, returns, accounts, expenses, and operational status.
  11. Ensure proper documentation and organized record-keeping for audits, internal review, and compliance.
  12. Assist the core team in building better systems and processes for day-to-day operations, inventory control, accounting workflows, and marketplace coordination.


Requirements


  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, accounts, bookkeeping, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Good understanding of invoicing, GST documentation, reconciliations, basic accounting, and compliance support.
  4. Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  5. Experience with inventory management, shipment documentation, warehouse coordination, or marketplace operations such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, or D2C websites will be an advantage.
  6. Ability to coordinate with CAs, logistics partners, vendors, marketplace teams, and internal teams.
  7. Strong attention to detail, ownership, reliability, and willingness to take responsibility for execution.
  8. Comfortable working in an on-site, hands-on role.
