Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales
(Occupational Health and Safety Services)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Enterprise Sales of Occupational Health and Safety services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales within this niche, demonstrating expertise in promoting and selling OHS solutions to corporate clients. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a knack for nurturing and expanding relationships with top corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales growth and expand market presence in Corporate Occupational Health and Safety services.
● Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in top corporate accounts, understanding their unique needs and pain points to tailor solutions effectively.
● Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales efforts through effective lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
● Product and Service Promotion: Promote and demonstrate the value proposition of our Corporate Occupational Health and Safety services, including Corporate Ambulance services, Employee Health Checkups, and other related offerings.
● Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the Corporate OHS sector.
● Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and client services to ensure seamless delivery of OHS solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.
● Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies and objectives.
● Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement and optimization of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification is a plus.
● Proven track record of 2 to 3 years in sales, preferably within the Corporate/Enterprise Sales of the Occupational Health and Safety sector/Fire Safety sector.
● Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety services and products, including Employee wellness, Employee Health Checkups, and related regulatory requirements.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders at all levels.
● Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
● Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
Location:
This position is based in Bengaluru, with occasional travel required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
