Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and recruitment documentation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment records.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Support offer rollout and joining formalities.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.


Requirements:


  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and BFSI/FinTech hiring preferred.
