Job Description

The Senior Executive – Pre-Sales shall be responsible for managing inbound and outbound lead generation activities, customer engagement, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-centricity, and the ability to convert enquiries into qualified site visits and sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Management


Handle enquiries received through websites, digital campaigns, social media platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and other marketing channels.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.

Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Ensure timely follow-up of all leads to maximize conversion opportunities.


Customer Engagement:


Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about company projects.

Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, location advantages, and investment benefits.

Address customer queries and concerns professionally.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.


Site Visit Coordination:


Schedule and coordinate project site visits for prospective customers.

Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings and site presentations.

Ensure smooth customer handover from pre-sales to sales teams.

Track site visit outcomes and follow-up actions.


Sales Support:


Support the sales team in achieving booking and revenue targets.

Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

Coordinate with marketing teams regarding campaign-generated leads.

Monitor lead conversion ratios and provide feedback for process improvement.


CRM & Reporting:


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.

Track enquiry-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion metrics.

Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.


Customer Service & Quality:


Ensure a high standard of customer experience during all interactions.

Maintain professional communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.

Escalate customer issues to the concerned departments when necessary.


Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, telesales, customer relationship management, or real estate sales support.

Experience in real estate, plotted developments, villas, residential or commercial projects will be preferred.


Required Skills:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer handling and persuasion abilities.

Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


Number of qualified leads generated.

Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio.

Site visit-to-booking conversion support.

Customer response and follow-up efficiency.

CRM data accuracy and reporting compliance.

Customer satisfaction and service quality.


The Senior Executive – Pre-Sales shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time and shall work towards achieving the Company's sales objectives, customer engagement goals, and business growth targets in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
