 Customer Service Executive | Payment Gateway – Malad (Main Office)

Date of Joining: 06th May 2026

Job Description & Prerequisites:

  • Education & Experience: Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of experience
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
  • Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
  • Shift: US Shift (9 hours rotational)

Selection Process:

  • HR Round
  • SHL Bundle Test & Typing Test (25 WPM, 90% accuracy required)
  • Rec Operations Round
  • Operations Round

Compensation:

  • 6 months experience: INR 5,03,500 CTC per annum (INR 35,000 take-home/month)
  • 1 year experience: INR 5,19,300 CTC per annum (INR 36,000 take-home/month)
  • 2+ years experience: INR 5,46,300 CTC per annum (INR 38,000 take-home/month)
