Automotive Service Advisor

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, providing service estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and accurately record customer complaints.
• Prepare job cards and service estimates.
• Explain repair and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Update customers on service progress and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all repairs are completed as per manufacturer standards.
• Prepare invoices and explain service charges to customers.
• Conduct vehicle delivery and explain the work carried out.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback.
• Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
• QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
• Freshers or candidates with experience in automobile service can apply.
