### **About the Role**

Global Future Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic **Tele Counsellors** to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact with potential clients interested in study visas, work visas, and overseas immigration opportunities, guiding them through the initial process.

### **Key Responsibilities**

 * **Outbound & Inbound Calling:** Connect with prospective clients over the phone to explain overseas immigration and visa services.

 * **Counseling & Guidance:** Assess candidate profiles, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable visa/immigration pathways.

 * **Lead Follow-Up:** Regularly follow up with warm leads and convert prospects into registered clients.

 * **Database Management:** Maintain and update daily call logs, lead status, and client details in the CRM system.

 * **Target Achievement:** Achieve daily call targets and monthly client conversion goals.

### **Requirements & Qualifications**

 * **Education:** Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.

 * **Experience:**

  * Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

  * Experience in Telecalling, BPO, Sales, or Immigration/Visa counseling is a major advantage.

* **Skills:**

  * Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

  * Active listening, persuasive skills, and a customer-centric attitude.

  * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
