Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, online research, social media, and other lead generation activities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products/services
• Identify customer requirements and convert prospects into qualified leads
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and nurture relationships
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations when required
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM/software
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Provide customers with relevant product/service information and address basic queries
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Experience in Tele Sales, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation preferred
• Confidence in cold calling and handling customer objections
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities
