- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate call logs.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Meet quality and productivity targets set by the organization.
- Update customer information in CRM or database systems.
