Job Description
Call prospective and existing customers from the provided database.
Follow up with customers who have already visited the project site.
Explain project details, offers, and benefits to interested customers.
Generate and schedule site visits.
Maintain regular communication with leads and customers.
Update and maintain customer data and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and appointments.
Work towards achieving booking and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM software.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Experience in real estate sales/pre-sales is preferred but not mandatory.
