Job Description
Seva Sarathi (Customer Service Executive / Floor Coordinator)
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers entering the branch.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the correct counter or officer.
- Help customers use digital banking services such as:
- YONO SBI
- Internet Banking
- Mobile Banking
- ATM/CDM/Kiosk services
- Assist customers in filling forms and basic banking procedures.
- Manage customer queues and ensure smooth branch operations.
- Promote digital banking adoption and create awareness about cyber safety.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to bank officials.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment in the branch.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (English and local language).
- Customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Preferred QualificationGraduate (any discipline).
- Experience in customer service, sales, banking, or front-office roles is preferred.
- Working HoursGenerally aligned with SBI branch timings (approximately 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM), though timings may vary depending on the branch or employer.
- SalaryVaries depending on the outsourcing agency and location.
- Typically ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, with possible incentives depending on the contract.
