Chat Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure error-free communication with proper grammar and spelling.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
• Follow company policies and quality standards while handling customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th pass or Any Graduate
• Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates from any location across India are eligible to apply.
• Must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.

Compensation

• CTC: ₹26,000 – ₹36,000 per month (Depending on interview performance and experience)
