International BPO Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Education Counsellor to guide prospective students interested in pursuing international education opportunities through Bennett University. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and relationship management skills to assist students throughout the admission journey while achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding international education opportunities and programs offered through Bennett University.

Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and eligibility to recommend suitable programs.

Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, application timelines, and fee structures.

Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.

Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely application completion and enrolment.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal admissions and university teams for application processing and student onboarding.

Address student queries and provide timely updates throughout the admission process.

Achieve monthly counselling, application, and enrolment targets.

Participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional activities when required.

Ensure a high level of student satisfaction by providing professional and ethical counselling.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong counselling, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).

1–5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or student recruitment.

Experience in international education counselling will be an added advantage.
