Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate (Lead Generation)
Job Location: Thane
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Pre-Sales Executives for a leading Real Estate lead generation process. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects.
- Explain project details and schedule site visits when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO Sales, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or any Sales profile.
- Candidates with Real Estate sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
