Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments.
- Remind customers about pending EMIs, loan dues, or outstanding bills.
- Negotiate payment commitments and follow up regularly.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments.
- Update call records and payment status in CRM/MIS.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with the backend team for payment confirmation.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional communication.
- Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Collection, Recovery, Telecalling, Banking, or NBFC is preferred.
