Job Title : Hostess / Guest Relations Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Hostess will welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers and service staff to optimize seating arrangements.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservation bookings.
• Maintain an organized reception and waiting area.
• Inform guests about restaurant promotions, events, and special offerings.
• Monitor table turnover and communicate seating availability to the service team.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service periods.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an advantage.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Customer Service Executive.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
