Site Supervisor

The HVAC Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites. The role ensures that work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and scheduled timelines while managing technicians, subcontractors, and site resources.

• Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Supervise daily HVAC installation activities including ductwork, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and related services.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients regarding site activities.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, tools, and materials.
• Project ExecutionReview HVAC drawings, method statements, and technical specifications before execution.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress to management.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Verify measurements and quantities for completed work.
• Quality ControlEnsure installations comply with applicable standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout project execution.
• Coordinate testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare snag lists and monitor closure of deficiencies.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise building projects.

Knowledge of HVAC systems including:

• Chillers
• VRF/VRV systems
• AHUs
• Required SkillsAbility to read and interpret HVAC drawings and layouts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings is preferred.
