Female Resident Captain

About the Role

Keys on Rent is looking for a Female Resident Captain  to manage the day-to-day operations of our women’s residential property. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment while serving as the primary point of contact for tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned residential property.
• Welcome new tenants and assist them during the move-in process.
• Address tenant queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure adherence to property rules and maintain discipline among residents.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and the maintenance team to resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other repairs.
• Maintain tenant records, occupancy details, and daily operational reports.
• Monitor security and report any incidents or emergencies to the management team.
• Build positive relationships with tenants to ensure a pleasant living experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• EligibilityFemale candidates only.
• Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Warden, Hostel Warden, Resident Manager, Property Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply.
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and responsible attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, and Google Sheets).
• Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibilities efficiently.
• RequirementsWillingness to stay at the property, if accommodation is provided and required.
• Comfortable working flexible hours based on operational needs.
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies.
