About the Role:-

We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Executive to drive online sales and brand presence across our website and marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Purplle, Flipkart, etc.). The role requires a strong understanding of the beauty & cosmetics category — shade ranges, seasonal launches, influencer-driven demand, and visually-led merchandising — combined with solid ecommerce operations and performance marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end catalog and listings across own D2C site and marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Purplle, Flipkart, Ajio Luxe)
• Own product uploads, shade/variant mapping, pricing, and content — including high-quality swatches, shade-matching visuals, ingredient lists, and how-to-use content
• Coordinate new product launches (NPD) and limited-edition/seasonal collections, ensuring day-1 availability and content readiness across all channels
• Track category-specific KPIs: sell-through rate by shade/SKU, AOV, CVR, return/exchange rate (critical for shade-mismatch issues), repeat purchase rate
• Work closely with the brand/marketing team on influencer collaborations, GRWM content, and UGC to drive traffic and conversion
• Plan and execute sale calendars (Nykaa Pink Friday, Amazon BBD, Myntra EORS, festive/wedding season, Diwali, Valentine's gifting sets)
• Manage marketplace ads (Nykaa Ads, Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads) in coordination with performance marketing team to optimize ROAS
• Monitor competitor pricing, new launches, and shade range gaps in the market
• Coordinate with supply chain on batch/expiry tracking, inventory allocation by shade (fast vs. slow-moving shades), and combat overstock/understock of specific variants
• Handle customer service escalations specific to the category — shade mismatch, allergic reactions, product damage in transit, authenticity concerns
• Ensure compliance with cosmetic labeling regulations (ingredient disclosure, MRP, batch/expiry, BIS/CDSCO norms as applicable) on all listings
• Liaise with marketplace category managers to secure premium placements, banner slots, and participation in beauty-specific sale events

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–6 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in beauty, personal care, or FMCG/D2C
• Hands-on experience with Shopify/Magento and marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa Partner Portal, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.)
• Strong grasp of beauty ecommerce metrics: shade-wise sell-through, return rate, repeat rate, AOV
• Understanding of visual merchandising for beauty products (swatches, shade cards, tutorial content)
• Familiarity with influencer/affiliate marketing dynamics in the beauty space
• Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and marketplace ad platforms
• Strong analytical skills — Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics
• Excellent vendor coordination and negotiation skills
