Open Positions Customer Care Executive (CCE) - Freshers & Experienced
Customer Support Executive - Inbound calling experience preferred
Senior CCE (Outbound Process) -Experience in international outbound sales/closures
Team Leader (TL) - Prior experience managing teams in an international process
Eligibility Criteria
Fluent English communication (Mandatory)
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass & above
Age: 18 to 55 years
Willingness to work in US/Night Shift
Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls effectively
Shift Timings
Night Shift (Full-Time): 9:30 PM -6:30 AM
Day Shift - 11AM to 8PM/7AM to PM
On-the-spot offfer letter
Attractive salary (Fixed + Unlimited Incentives)
Sundays fixed off + 2 Saturdays off (CS team: 6 offs/month on roster)
